About the project

About the project

meMR, a company in the healthcare sector, approached us with the need to reposition its website. Originally targeted at patients, the new goal was to attract corporate audiences—clinics, insurers, and healthcare companies—more aligned with its expanding business model.

Communication Strategy

We redesigned the information architecture to make access to key services easier, improving navigation flow and reducing search time. We rewrote the content with a corporate, direct tone, focused on highlighting meMR’s unique value proposition.

UX Process

I led a discovery process that included stakeholder interviews, competitor analysis, and a review of metrics from the previous site. This helped us identify key friction points in the current experience and define desired attributes: clarity, structure, trustworthiness, and a visual identity that conveys professionalism without losing the human touch.


UI Design

We created a clean and scalable visual system, using a professional color palette and highly legible typography. We incorporated microinteractions and visual hierarchy to guide user attention and build trust from the very first interaction.
